Stargram Global is a South Korean IT company specialising in O2O marketing, blockchain and entertainment. We are growing our team in Southeast Asia and currently looking for a senior account manager to spearhead our new office in the Philippines.
We are currently working on an instant messaging app that focuses on enterprise and public sector utilizing privacy and security features and we’re looking for someone who can help us grow this brand from the ground up, so expect to roll your sleeves up and get tactical. Our account manager in the Philippines will own and develop account growth in various verticals building large, complex business development activities and co-ordinate with the product marketing team in Singapore.
You will responsible for the development and execution of deliverables to ensure success in achieving users growth goals in the Philippines. You will work closely with all aspects of the business to gather product and market insights.
Develop clear strategy to increase usage of mobile messengers across key vertical markets & strategic accounts.
Manage activity levels within accounts, including customer visits, pipeline management, opportunity development, etc.
Lead successful strategic bids and tenders.
Ensure competitive whitespace is converted to customer segment to help drive usage into enterprise segment and improve mobile messenger services’ overall stickiness with customers
Developing and growing business activities in the Philippines from the ground up.
Developing a local partner strategy.
Managing day-to-day communications with high-level stakeholders in the Philippines.
Engaging with offline communities and running off-site marketing activities.
Driving execution of strategy and growing the Philippines team.
Increasing business opportunities via access to existing and new customers and partners.
Establishing Stargram Global as a recognized brand in the Philippines.
The skills and experience for this position are:
At least 7 years of proven business development and marketing experience in the Philippines.
Experience and proven ability to sell large, complex solutions for public sector at C-level; with the ability to run multiple concurrent campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills – Able to effectively communicate at all levels.
Ability to deal with ambiguity and multiple direction changes.
Relentless drive for results, while retaining focus on driving an outstanding customer experience.
Past, proven experience with growing a digital brand in the Philippines.
Tertiary education in a relevant discipline.
These would be advantageous:
A passion for working with internet security, digital privacy and social networking services.
Ability to write Korean would be an advantage.
